Profile Data: We store the professional information you provide in the "Profile Settings," including your Company Name, Address, License/COF Numbers, and associated Architect/Expeditor details.
Project History: We maintain a log of the BINs (Building Identification Numbers), addresses, and device schedules you search or generate to provide you with the "Recent Projects" history feature.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your Profile Data strictly for the core functionality of the application: auto-filling your FDNY and DOB PDF documents. Your business information is injected directly into the forms you request. We also use your email to send password resets, account notifications, and subscription updates.

3. Data Protection and Security

Your data is securely stored using industry-standard encryption protocols via our cloud database provider (Supabase). We employ robust security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of your professional data.

4. No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business information to third parties. We are a software-as-a-service company, not a data broker. Your client lists, project locations, and business contacts remain your exclusive property.

5. Public NYC Data

Any property data (such as building owners, structural details, or historical jobs) displayed in the "Property Lookup" tool is retrieved directly from public New York City open data platforms. We do not claim ownership or privacy rights over this publicly available municipal information.
