At Fire PDF Pro, a product by GLA Enterprise, we strive to provide the best NYC property intelligence and automation tools. Because our service involves instant data retrieval and PDF generation, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our users and our development team.

1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day refund period for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the platform, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have generated fewer than 3 PDF documents during that period.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 14 calendar days of the transaction date.
  • The account must not have exceeded the "Fair Use" limit of 3 form generations (TM-1, A-433, etc.).
  • The request must come from the email address associated with the Fire PDF Pro account.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Renewal payments for monthly or annual subscriptions (we send a reminder before renewal).
  • Accounts that have been terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., automated scraping or unauthorized resale).
  • Errors in documents caused by incorrect data from NYC public APIs (as stated in our Terms of Service).

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Dashboard or via the link provided in your Paddle receipt. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at support@glaenterprise.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor.
