Welcome to Fire PDF Pro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fire PDF Pro software and website, operated by GLA Enterprise ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Fire PDF Pro is an independent, private software tool. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the New York City Fire Department (FDNY), the Department of Buildings (DOB), or any other local, state, or federal government agency.
Fire PDF Pro provides an automated data-retrieval and form-filling service designed to assist Fire Alarm Vendors, Architects, Engineers, and Expeditors. The generated PDF documents (including TM-1, A-433, and B-45 forms) are intended solely as a drafting aid.
Property, ownership, and structural data are automatically retrieved in real-time from public NYC Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), including DOB NOW, the Building Information System (BIS), PLUTO, and Geoclient. We provide this data strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Due to municipal filing delays, database inconsistencies, or historical record variations, we do not warrant that the information retrieved is 100% accurate, complete, or current.
You acknowledge and agree that you, as the licensed professional, applicant, or contractor, assume full and strict responsibility for the final submission of any documents. It is your sole obligation to verify, review, correct, and validate all fields, calculations, and data prior to signing, sealing, or submitting these forms to the FDNY or DOB.
GLA Enterprise and Fire PDF Pro shall not be held liable for any rejected filings, delayed projects, fines, penalties, or damages arising from the use of our software, inaccurate data retrieval, or improperly formatted documents.
Free accounts are strictly limited to the stated monthly usage limits. Pro accounts grant unlimited access subject to fair use. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or exploiting the PDF generation engine for unauthorized resale is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
