Payment Information: Payments are processed through PayPal. We do not store credit card numbers or financial data on our servers. PayPal's own privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.
Technical Data: We may collect standard server logs including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and timestamps of requests. This data is used for security, debugging, and service improvement.
Generated PDF documents (TM-1, A-433, B-45, Reports) are created on-demand and delivered directly to your browser for download. We do not retain copies of generated PDF files on our servers after they are delivered to you.
Project metadata (BIN number, address, job description, and device list) is saved to your account so you can track your project history.
