By accessing or using FirePDF Pro at firepdfpro.com or app.firepdfpro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
FirePDF Pro is a web-based software tool designed to assist licensed NYC fire alarm contractors in generating pre-filled FDNY forms including TM-1, A-433-C, and B-45, based on NYC DOB public data and user-provided job information.
FirePDF Pro is a productivity tool. It is not a legal, compliance, or regulatory advisory service. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and proper submission of all documents generated using the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use FirePDF Pro. By registering, you represent that you are a licensed professional or authorized representative with appropriate authority to submit FDNY documentation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Free Plan: Free accounts are limited to 2 form sets per calendar month. Usage limits reset at the start of each calendar month.
Pro Plan: Pro subscriptions are billed at $349 per year through PayPal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your PayPal account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods. If you have an issue with a charge, contact us at support@firepdfpro.com within 14 days of the charge.
FirePDF Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated documents before use or submission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirePDF Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including but not limited to rejected filings, regulatory penalties, business losses, or data loss.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All software, design, and content comprising FirePDF Pro — excluding government-issued form templates — is the intellectual property of FirePDF Pro. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
FDNY form templates (TM-1, A-433, B-45) are government documents. FirePDF Pro uses these templates to assist with form completion and does not claim ownership over them.
FirePDF Pro integrates with NYC Open Data (DOB API), Supabase, and PayPal. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or are using the service in a manner harmful to others or to the platform.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@firepdfpro.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
